For a little over twenty years, I’ve played the role of an internal coach, helping colleagues break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in their work and careers. Most of my experience revolves around coaching the C-Suite (Executives) and other Senior Leaders.  


My leadership coaching practice is supported by four key values: Collaboration, Honesty, Integrity, and Inclusion, 

Collaboration — I work with my clients to co-create strategies and solutions that can be meaningfully implemented within their personal lives and careers. My clients are the experts, I support them while they lead their journey. 


Honesty - I pride myself on supporting open and honest conversations with my clients. I call clients in and invite them to explore the ways in which their current behaviors are serving them to support their goals. 

Inclusion - I take an inclusive approach to support my clients. As a practicing antiracist, I understand the ways in which our society and its various structures impact us personally, interpersonally, and culturally. 

Integrity - I strive to be a role model for conducting business on a professional level while dealing with clients and other stakeholders. I only work with clients when I know we can deliver value. I engage with authenticity.
